Iowa Kicking Camp- June 20, 2015 (Mason City)

Saturday, June 20, Coach Chris Husby of Special Teams Football Academy will be in Mason City, IA helping run and instruct at a 3 hour specialists camp at Mason City High School.  Camp is open to Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers of all skill levels at the high school and middle school level.

Camp instructors include STFA trainee Miguel Recinos (Mason City HS Alum- now a K/P at the University of Iowa), the Mason City HS Special Teams Coach Rene Recinos and other team staff members.  

You can expect detailed instruction tailored to your personal needs.

Camp runs from 9 AM-12 PM and is $15 to attend.  You can register at the camp.  See attachment for registration form.  

If you live in the Southern MN, Iowa, Wisconsin or South Dakota areas and aren't always able to make it up to the Twin Cities, this would be a great camp to attend. 

Mason City, IA is about 2 hours south of the Twin Cities down I-35 (Just across the MN/IA boarder).

Wisconsin Kicking Camps- Madison June 6 and Lancaster June 7

On June 6th and 7th, 2015, Special Teams Football Academy, Clauer Kicking Academy and None In The Gap will be hosting 4 specialists camp for kickers, punters and long snappers in Madison and Lancaster, Wisconsin.

This camp will be for Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers of all ages and will include 'skill level appropriate' instruction, drill and technique work, mental and game preparation and fun competition, and various aspects to help athletes better prepare themselves for football this fall.

About the Camps:

• Evaluation Camps- Athlete Evaluation through a series of FG, KO, P and LS charts.  Athlete will receive a rating on National Camp Series.com as well as a free bio and profile.
• Instructional Camps- Technique focused Kicking, Punting and Long Snapping Camp for all ages and skill levels of special teams. Camp offers Instruction, Competition, ‘Game Scenario’ training, On the Spot Video analysis and Training on Mental Focus.

At our camp, athletes can expect to receive:

* On the Field Video Evaluation

There with be 2 separate camps at each location.  The morning session will be a National Camp Series Evaluation Camp from 8:00-12:00 PM.  The afternoon session will be an Instruction based camp from 2:00-5:00 PM.

Weather Policy:  Camp will run rain or shine.  Some training can be done indoors at school's gym.   Will cancel/reschedule for Lightening, Tornadoes, Snow Storm, etc.

2014 Football Kicking Camp Schedule For Special Teams Football Academy

We are pleased to announce our 2014 Special Teams Football Academy football kicking camp schedule.

This years camp will have 6 locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, and Colorado.  Some Camps will be Special Teams Football Academy (STFA) run camps, National Camp Series Camps, Top Tier All American Kicking camps (Run with Feely Athletics) as well as the Northern/Southern Specialists Camp (Run with Team Jackson Kicking).

Camp Dates and Details:

• June 1- Minnesota NCS Evaluation Kicking Camp will be held at Stillwater High School in Stillwater, MN. For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers. Evaluation Camp plus 90 minute instruction clinic to follow.  Evaluation for High School and Youth.  Collegiate athletes may still attend. 1:00-4:00 PM  Details and Registration Here.

• June 17- University of Minnesota Specialist Camp will be held at the University of Minnesota.  For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers.  Camp for High School athletes entering (9th-12th) this coming fall. 1:00-5:00 PM. Details and Registration Here. 

• July 6- The New Jersey NCS/Top Tier All American Kicking camp will be held at Middletown High School North in Middletown (North NJ), NJ.  For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers.   Evaluation and Instructional Camp.  Evaluation for High School and Youth.  Collegiate athletes may still attend and train. 1 day camp 9 AM-5 PM  Details and Registration Here. 

• July 12- Central Minnesota Developmental Kicking Camp will be held at Crosby Ironton High School in Crosby, MN (30 Miles from Mille Lacs, MN). Instructional Development camp for Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers.  Instructional Development for High School, Youth and Collegiate athletes. Details and Registration Here.

• July 13- North Dakota NCS Evaluation Kicking Camp will be held at Shanley High School in Fargo, ND. For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers.  Evaluation Camp plus instruction clinic to follow until end of camp, or attend 3 hour Instructional camp at 4 PM.  Evaluation for High School & Youth.  Collegiate athletes may still attend and train.  Camp Hours 12:00-3:30 PM  Details and Registration Here.

• July 13- North Dakota Development Kicking Camp will be held at location at Shanley High School in Fargo, ND. For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers.  Instructional Development camp for High School, Youth and Collegiate athletes.  Camp Hours 4:00-7:00 PM  Details and Registration Here.

• July 19- College Specialist Camp- Camp will be held at Woodbury High School, in Woodbury, MN.  For current and upcoming Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers in College and Class of 2015 Senior Specialists.  High level instruction, mental and game preparation and competition. • July 26 and 27- The Minnesota NCS/Top Tier All American Kicking Camp will be held at The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.  For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers.  Evaluation and Instructional Camp.  Evaluation for High School and Youth.  Collegiate athletes may still attend and train.  2 day camp 8 AM-5 PM   Details and Registration Here. 

• July 30- Inner City Kicking Camp-  Kicking, Punting and Snapping Camp for specialists from public inner city Minneapolis and St Paul High Schools.  Introduction and instructional camp for specialists of all skill levels. • August 2 and 3- The Florida NCS/Top Tier All American Kicking Camp will be held at Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL.  For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers.  Evaluation and Instructional Camp.  Evaluation for High School and Youth.  Collegiate athletes may still attend and train.  2 day camp 8 AM-5 PM   Details and Registration Here.
