Week 7- Special Teams Players of the Week (2014)

In week 7 of the High School Football Season, we have a new kicker that has emerged with the top performance in Minnesota. Zach Savitz of Hopkins High School stayed busy kicking 2 Field Goals of 37 & 19 yards on top of going 3 for 3 on PATs scoring 9 points for his team. 

We've also now seen a few repeat top performances from Punter Trevor Walderon of Hastings High School who had 6 punts for 258 yards and held a 43 yard average.

• Cameron Hausman- New Richmond HS (WI)- 6 for 6 PATs and 1 Field Goal (39 yards), 1 touchback and 1 successful onside kick.

Week 6- Special Teams Players of the Week (2014)

Our Week 6 Special Teams Prep Athlete of the Week hails from Woodbury High School.  Grant Olson had one of his best performances any kicker could ever ask for.  Grant went 6 for 6 on Extra Points and kicked 3 Field Goals of 31, 30 & 25 yards for a total of 14 points. He continues to be a strong asset on Special Teams, and is now 5 for 5 on Field Goals this season.  On top of a strong kicking performance he also had 4 punts for a 34.8 yard average.  Keep it up!
