Week 3- Special Teams Player of the Week

In week 3 of the high school football season, we saw a number of high scoring games, and a number of specialists stayed busy.

Our Week 3 Prep Athlete Special Teams Player of the Week is Wyatt Schmidt of St Thomas of Academy.  Wyatt is a Senior and has positioned himself at the top Senior kickers in the state of Minnesota, and if not one of the top kickers in the state of Minnesota overall.  Wyatt went 4 for 4 on PATs and 2 for 2 on FGs of 46 & 27 yards, scoring 10 points for his team.  STA had a big win 44-0.  He also had 1 punt for 47 yards and 6 of his 8 Kickoffs were touchbacks.  He was a big contributor for his team.   Congratulations on your performance!
